Boss Brows Policy 

BOOKING FEE:

clients will be required to pay a booking fee, this fee is non refundable under any circumstance and will go towards your total booking cost.

NOTICE:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancelling or rescheduling and must CALL the salon to notify us 

RESCHEDULING:

Clients who fail to provide 72 Hours notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, this will be charged automatically to their bank card and will only be able to book a future appointment with Boss Brow Studio once this fee has been paid. 

NO SHOW:

Clients who fail to show up to their appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment cost and their deposit will be VOID, this fee will be automatically charged to their bank card and is non refundable. Clients who no show will not be able to book any future appointments without paying an additional 50% of the appointment cost. 

We understand things come up but please respect that this is a business and our policy stands for all clients.  

Gift vouchers

If you are paying with a gift voucher please bring the voucher to your appointment, gift vouchers expire within 6 months with.no extensions 

If clients fail to show up to their appointment their gift voucher is VOID.
